Martha’s Vineyard Wedding // Ashley & Adam’s Highlights Film // West Tisbury Wedding

Ashley & Adam were married at the beautiful & historic Our Lady Star of the Sea church in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. Hurricane Joaquin was sweeping though the region and was threatening the tented reception that was planned for the evening. Danielle Bailey the wedding planner seemed to make magic happen, securing a completely different venue for the reception and the events continued into the night! The party was unbelievable.. because of the noise ordinance of The Grange Hall, the DJ was not permitted to play there so a friend played his guitar & entertained the guests for the evening. It was truly intimate, exciting and unforgettable! We really enjoy these ‘local destination’ weddings, the look & feel of Martha’s Vineyard and it’s convenience for family & friends make it such a wonderful place for a wedding weekend. Ashley & Adam are so blessed, we had a wonderful time!

Bar Harbor Wedding // Stephanie & Sam’s Wedding Film Short // Destination Wedding

“Flowers In Your Hair” by the Lumineers licensed by SongFreedom.com
“Roots” by Tiny Houses and “New Day” by the Rival licensed by theMusicBed.com

Stephanie, Sam, and their family and friends all came together from 17 different states for this wedding in Bar Harbor, Maine. This place has always felt like home to Stephanie and it is also the first place her and Sam went on vacation to together. Being able to spend an entire 3 day weekend with the people that are closest to them was something they both were extremely excited about.

Their Ceremony took place on the lawn behind the Bar Harbor Club and was performed by their best friend Manny. Everything was moose themed (Their last name is Muhs, pronounced: Moose). This included some fun shirts that said “Cool as a Muhs”, Moose tracks on their aisle runner and cake, a stuffed animal moose for the flower girl, and other cute moose themed decor. They went on to cocktail hour and had such a fun party at the reception. The toasts were hysterical and extremely heart felt. The dance floor was packed the entire time, there was crowd surfing, people being thrown in the air, limbo (made out of belts) and so many more silly unforgettable moments. After the reception was over, everyone went outside and walked down to the poolhouse alongside a musical trio playing some folk style hits. The whole weekend was an incredible time in a beautiful scenic location. We wish Stephanie and Sam the best on their new journey together as husband and wife!

Block Island Wedding // Rebecca & Andrew’s Highlights Film

“All The Right Things by Jake Holman licensed by TheMusicBed
“Life in Color” by One Republic licensed by SongFreedomRebecca & Andrew had a beautiful seaside wedding ceremony & reception outside Rebecca’s parents home on Block Island.

Andrew started his day by playing some soccer with his groomsmen, while Rebecca and the girls had their hair and makeup done for the big day. One of Andrew’s friends had a 60’s International Harvester pick up that the guys hung out in after they got ready, which made for some really fun footage for us to capture.

The couple planned to have a “first look” before the ceremony to lighten things up a bit. Following their first look, they posed for some formal photos with their family, friends, and their adorable yellow lab Casye. As guests arrived they enjoyed a refreshing Del’s Lemonade and made their way to the breathtaking ceremony site. The ceremony was beautifully decorated with elegant floral arrangements done by Stoneblossoms.

As the ceremony ended, guests made their way into a luxurious tent for cocktail hour. The bride and groom were able to spend some time with their closest friends and family before the reception started. Their signature cocktail, the “Grapefruit Crush” was a big hit!

The tent for the reception was supplied by Newport Tent. Exquisite Events decorated the tent with these beautiful lanterns that made it feel like you were sitting beneath the clouds. The happy couple was introduced and shared their first dance together as husband and wife. The party quickly took off from their. Guests took some photos in “Chloe” the vintage Volkswagen Bus supplied by Photo Booth Planet and danced the night away wearing silly accessories such as hats, glasses and fake mustaches. The band, Sound House, was the perfect fit for this wedding, the dance floor was packed the entire night and the guests had a great time.

After the reception was over, the guests stayed with the couple to light sparklers as a fun way to end the night. This seaside wedding was filled with excitement and joy for the new couple, and we wish them many years of success and happiness in their years to come!
